2. Information about cookies
3. Contact form
Should you send us questions via the contact form, we will collect the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide, to answer your question and any follow-up questions. We do not share this information without your permission.
We will, therefore, process any data you enter onto the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1)(a) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.
We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
4. SSL or TLS encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and for the protection of the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection in your browser's address line when it changes from "http://" to "https://" and the lock icon is displayed in your browser's address bar.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transfer to us cannot be read by third parties.
5. Server log files
The website provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us in "server log files". These are:
• Browser type and browser version
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL
• Host name of the accessing computer
• Time of the server request
• IP address (anonymous)
These data can not be assigned to specific persons and will not be combined with data from other sources.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract.
6. Use of webfonts
For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose your browser has to establish a direct connection to Google servers. Google thus becomes aware that our web page was accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web fonts is done in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of our website. This constitutes a justified interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font is used by your computer.
Please note that the info section of the apps (FileCalendar and FileCalendar Lite) is connected to our homepage. This page does not use webfonts.
7. Right to information, deletion, blocking
As permitted by law, you have the right to be provided at any time with information free of charge about any of your personal data that is stored as well as its origin, the recipient and the purpose for which it has been processed. You also have the right to have this data corrected, blocked or deleted. You can contact us at any time using the address given in our legal notice (https://www.filecalendar.com/en/contact) if you have further questions on the topic of personal data.
1. FileCalendar App / FileCalendar Lite App
The FileCalendar is used on the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad.
The FileCalendar can store documents, pictures, contacts, links and notes on events. The app accesses the calendar for this purpose (Apple Calendar). The user should allow access to the calendar. Access can be enabled and disabled under 'Settings / Privacy'. Because the FileCalendar needs access to the calendar, the app is not usable if the Apple calendar is deactivated. The user can also connect other calendars (such as Google Calendar) to his device. The corresponding appointments are then also available in FileCalendar.
The storage of documents, images, contacts, links and notes to the calendar events, which the user adds to FileCalendar, is exclusively local on the respective iOS device. Technically required calendar information for this process is also stored locally on the respective device. Homburg & Schmidt UG (haftungsbeschränkt) has no access to this data.
Calendar events that the user creates, changes or deletes in FileCalendar are automatically synchronized with corresponding calendars (e.g. Apple or Google). Homburg & Schmidt UG (haftungsbeschränkt) has no access to these data.
The 'info' page of the app is connected to our website via a secure SSL encryption. In this context we would like to point out that no cookies are stored (see section A, no. 2). An integration of web fonts does not take place either (see section A, no. 6). As soon as the user clicks on the 'info' button in the app, the connection to the page is established so that the user manual can be loaded and displayed on the app's info page. The connection to our website is established with the Safari browser. The app uses the WebKit of Apple Inc. When you open the 'info' page, information is stored in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically sends to us (see section A, no. 3).
The App uses Firebase Crashlytics, a technology from Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"), to help us quickly determine and eliminate causes that led to the App malfunctioning or crashing (error messages). If the user has allowed the sending of information under OPTIONS (opt-in), information on the use of the app (such as frequency and duration) is made available to us via Google. We receive specific information such as type and version of the device, operating system version, code digits for the crash, time of the crash and other technical information. This information, which helps us to improve the product, does not include any personally identifiable information about the end user.
Procedure for China
If the device language setting is ‚Chinese, Simplified‘, the app ships with the setting enabled for crashlytics (fabric).
The transfer of information to crashlytics and fabric can be stopped in the app under 'Info / options'.
At the request of the user, beta versions can be tested in the App Store with TestFlight before they are released.
TestFlight is an analytic service provided by Apple that allows app developers test their programs. As soon as the developer uploads his app to TestFlight, the service automatically distributes the app to the testers. The reports created by TestFlight are available to developers to improve their apps.
During a test phase, it is occasionally offered to apply for participation in the test on our homepage. If you wish to apply for testing you have to enter your e-mail address, prename and surname in a contact form. After clicking on the „Take part in the test" button, we will receive this information as an e-mail and insert it into our account at TestFlight, so that the trial version can be distributed to you by TestFlight. TestFlight will send to you an invitation by e-mail. Participation is possible if you accept the invitation.
Personal data collected: cookie, e-mail and usage data.
The information provided to us (email address, prename and surname) will be deleted after expiry of the test phase (maximum 90 days) from our TestFlight accounts by us.
