1. Webpage
Your personal data (e.g. title, name, e-mail address) are stored only in accordance with the provisions of German data privacy laws. The following provisions describe the type, scope and purpose of collecting, processing and utilizing personal data. This data privacy policy applies only to our web pages. If links on our pages route you to other pages, please inquire there about how your data are handled in such cases.

Inventory data
(1) Your personal data, insofar as these are necessary for this contractual relationship (inventory data) in terms of its establishment, organization of content and modifications, are used exclusively for fulfilling the contract.

(2) Without your explicit consent or a legal basis, your personal data are not passed on to third parties.

Information about cookies
(1) To optimize our web presence, we use cookies. These are small text files stored in your computer's main memory. These cookies are deleted after you close the browser. Other cookies remain on your computer (long-term cookies) and permit its recognition on your next visit. This allows us to improve your access to our site.

(2) You can prevent storage of cookies by choosing a "disable cookies" option in your browser settings. But this can limit the functionality of our Internet offers as a result.

Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and saves information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

This data can not be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check these data at a later date, if we are aware of any concrete indications for unlawful use.


2. Social plug-ins from Facebook
We use social plug-ins from facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The plug-ins can be recognized by way of the Facebook logo or the supplement "Facebook Social Plug-in". For example, if you click on the "Like" button or leave a comment, the relevant information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. Furthermore, Facebook makes your likes public for your Facebook friends. If you are logged into Facebook, it can assign the invocation of our page directly to your Facebook account. Even if you are not logged in or don't have a Facebook account, your browser sends information (e.g. which web pages you have called up, your IP address) which is then stored by Facebook. For details about handling of your personal data by Facebook and your related rights, please refer to the data privacy policy of Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php. If you do not want Facebook to map data collected about you via our Web sites to your Facebook account, you must log out of Facebook before you visit our web pages.


3. Social plug-ins from Twitter
With Twitter and its Retweet functions, we use social plug-ins from Twitter.com, operated by Twitter Inc. 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107. If you use Retweet, the websites visited by you are announced to third parties and associated with your Twitter account. SECTION B

1. FileCalendar App
The FileCalendar is created for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. We do not acquire any personal data.

Through the FileCalendar app such files as documents, pictures and photos can be attached to default calendar events. Therefore FileCalendar gets access to the default calendar, contacts and photos.
The user has to allow the access.
You may change this any time. To do so, please, click on settings and on privacy and change the position from ON to OFF in contacts, calendars or photos.
All documents, photos, contacts and calendar events attached to FileCalendar will be stored exclusively on the device, where you attached the file to the calendar event. We do not have any access to these data.
All events from FileCalendar will be synchronized with the default calendar. We do not have any access to these data as well.

When you click on the INFO button in the app, the app will be connected to the FileCalendar website (www.filecalendar.com/help_lightv.html). You can find corresponding information in section A.

In case you contact us via e-mail, the information will remain in our file storage only for the purpose of solving the occurred request. These data won’t be transmitted to any organization or private person without your permission.


2. Advertising partner
If you are using the free FileCalendar Lite, you may receive advertisements from MoPub through your device. MoPub is a wholly owned subsidiary of Twitter, Inc. and a program of MoPub Inc., 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. Data collection is designed to provide interests-based ads. No personal data such as your name, address or email will be collected.

We have no influence on the respective collection of data and expressively refer to the declarations of our advertising partner. Here is the link to the explanations.

Under Settings / Privacy / Advertising, you can make adjustments to the privacy settings (No Ad Tracking or Reset AD ID).


3. Privacy Policy for the use of Crashlytics (Fabric)
In the free FileCalendar Lite, the Crashlytics program of Crashlytics, Inc (a business division of Google Inc.) is integrated to detect any errors that may occur at an real-time stage. No personal data will be transmitted. Information about the cause, the device type, the operating system version, the code points and other technical information about the mobile device will be sent to Crashlytics. Crashlytics is part of the platform fabric of Twitter. The privacy policy of Crashlytics can be viewed here.
